Seating & Late Seating

Season ticket subscriptions (new) are assigned seating in early-July (when purchased in advance). New subscribers are seated after renewing subscribers have made any changes requested to their orders. After July, subscriptions are assigned at the time of purchase. Seat assignments will be made with the goal of meeting your requests and requirements, however, final seating assignments are at the discretion of The Louisville Orchestra.

Performances start at the time designated on the ticket. Respecting the comfort and listening pleasure of the audience, we reserve the right to delay seating late-arriving patrons until an appropriate break in the concert program. Please note that performances without breaks or without intermissions may not allow for late seating. These arrangements are at the discretion of the House Manager in consultation with the conductor and performing artists.

Student Tickets

With a valid student I.D., students are invited to purchase $12 tickets in advance or at the door for Louisville Orchestra concerts in the Classics, Pops or Neighborhood Series.

Regardless of age, each person must have a ticket and be able to sit attentively in a seat throughout the performance due to local fire ordinances. Season subscription concerts are not recommended for children under the age of seven years. LO Family Series concerts are designed for children ages 4 to 12 years old.
