Event Description

THU 18 JUN at 8PM :: Enjoy the Louisville Orchestra on the air!

90.5 WUOL Classical Louisville presents a broadcast series of past LO performances on Thursdays at 8pm hosted by Daniel Gilliam.

“ART + MUSIC” — This week’s broadcast concert of the Brown-Forman Classics Series was performed on  Saturday, January 26, 2019, at The Kentucky Center, Louisville KY.

ART + MUSIC was an evening of high concept exploring the intersection of modern art and standard repertory orchestral music. Artists affiliated with the Louisville-based college of Art & Design, KyCAD, were invited to participate. Each artist created a visual or sonic interpretation of their selected piece of music. See photos below of the performance.
