COVID admittance protocols are in place for all performances of the Louisville Orchestra. Mandatory masking for everyone age 2 and above. Either proof of COVID vaccination or a negative PCR test within the last 72 hours must be presented with a government issued ID or parent/guardian authorization for children age 5 and up. Antigen tests will be available at the door for those who arrive without the proofs.

Event Description


Bring the entire family for a free, outdoor concert to celebrate Independence Day with Teddy Abrams and the LO.

From “Stars and Stripes Forever” to the thrilling 1812 Overture, this concert is a community celebration at Waterfront Park. Starring the incredible talents of multi-Grammy-Award-winning musician SAM BUSH, this free concert will also feature performances by cellist Seth Parker Woods and Louisville’s ninth-grade rap sensation Andrene Flowers.

The Fireworks Display is made possible through the generosity of the Louisville Labor Unions as a gift to the community.
